4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from BopheloVista. If you are not entirely satisfied with your Mice, Headphones, or Controllers, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
